Order Terminating the Assignment of the Honourable Steven Garrett MacKinnon and of the Honourable Seamus Thomas Harris O’Regan and Assigning the Honourable Steven Garrett MacKinnon to Assist the Minister of Employment and Social Development

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 11^{footnote a} of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act^{footnote b},

• (a) terminates the assignment of the Honourable Steven Garrett MacKinnon, made by Order in Council P.C. 2024-1 of January 8, 2024^{footnote c};
• (b) terminates the assignment of the Honourable Seamus Thomas Harris O’Regan, made by Order in Council P.C. 2023-757 of July 26, 2023^{footnote d}; and
• (c) assigns the Honourable Steven Garrett MacKinnon, Minister of State (Seniors) to be styled Minister of Labour and Seniors, to assist the Minister of Employment and Social Development in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities.
