Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 2(a)^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers from the Minister of State (Tourism and Associate Minister of Finance) to the Minister of State (Tourism) the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of State (Tourism and Associate Minister of Finance) under the Canadian Tourism Commission Act ^{footnote c} that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2021-945 of October 26, 2021^{footnote d}.
