Regulations Amending the Food and Drug Regulations (Nutrition Symbols, Other Labelling Provisions, Vitamin D and Hydrogenated Fats or Oils)

Notice is hereby given that the Regulatory Impact Analysis Statement of the above-mentioned Regulations, published in the Canada Gazette, Part II, Vol. 156, No. 15, dated Wednesday, July 20, 2022, contained errors. Accordingly, the following modifications are made.

At page 3608

Delete footnote 102:

Using estimates provided in Abaluck’s paper in 2011 US dollars, the $37 is an average of the range provided and brought to Canadian 2021 dollars.

Replace by:

Using estimates provided in Abaluck’s paper in 2011 US dollars, the $49 is an average of the range provided and brought to Canadian 2021 dollars.
