Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 34(a) of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act footnote a, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the CATSA Aerodrome Designation Regulations.

Amendment
1 The schedule to the CATSA Aerodrome Designation Regulations footnote 1 is replaced by the schedule set out in the schedule to these Regulations.
Coming into Force
2 These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are published in the Canada Gazette, Part II.
