Transfer of Duties Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) ^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers from the Department of Canadian Heritage to the Department for Women and Gender Equality the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration in the Department of Canadian Heritage known as the LGBTQ2 Secretariat.
