Transfer of Duties Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) ^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers from the Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages to the Minister of State (Tourism and Associate Minister of Finance) the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages under the Canadian Tourism Commission Act ^{footnote c} that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2019-1368 of November 20, 2019 ^{footnote d}.
