PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND SPORT ACT

Order Designating the Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities to be the Minister for the Purposes of that Act in Respect of Sport

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-1365 of November 20, 2019 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of sport.
