Order Designating the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities as the Minister for the Purposes of that Act

P.C. 2021-942 October 26, 2021

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition “Minister” in subsection 2(1) of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-1356 of November 20, 2019 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
