Order Designating the Minister of State (Small Business) as the Minister for the Purposes of that Act

P.C. 2021-939 October 26, 2021

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition “Minister” in section 2 of the Canada Small Business Financing Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1018 of July 18, 2018 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of State (Small Business), a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
