Order Designating the Minister of Health as the Minister for the purposes of that Act
P.C. 2019-1363 November 20, 2019
Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Cannabis Act footnote a,
- (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1417 of November 21, 2018 footnote b; and
- (b) designates the Minister of Health, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
