Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 120(1) of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001 ^{footnote a}, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Cargo, Fumigation and Tackle Regulations.

Regulations Amending the Cargo, Fumigation and Tackle Regulations

Amendment

1 Subsections 155(2) and (3) of the Cargo, Fumigation and Tackle Regulations ^{footnote 1} are repealed.

Coming into Force

2 These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
