Order Designating the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada as the Minister for the purposes of section 23 of the Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 23(1) of the Public Service Employment Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2016-4 of January 13, 2016 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada as the minister for the purposes of section 23 of the Public Service Employment Act ^{footnote a}.
