Transfer of Duties Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) ^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers from the Minister of Canadian Heritage to the Minister of La Francophonie the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of Canadian Heritage under the Official Languages Act ^{footnote c}.
