Order designating the Minister of Science, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act and as the appropriate Minister for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act ^{footnote a} and paragraph (c.1) ^{footnote b} of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act ^{footnote c},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2017-74 of February 1, 2017 ^{footnote d};
• (b) designates the Minister of Science, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act ^{footnote a}; and
• (c) designates the Minister of Science as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act ^{footnote c}.
