Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 ^{footnote a} of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act ^{footnote b}, assigns the Honourable Carla Qualtrough, a Minister of State to assist the Minister of Employment and Social Development in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities.
