Regulations Amending the Leamy Lake Navigation Channel Regulations

Notice is hereby given that the above-mentioned Regulations, published in the Canada Gazette, Part II, Vol. 141, No. 12, dated Wednesday, June 13, 2007, contained an error in the English version. Accordingly, the following modifications are made.

At page 1023

Delete subsection 6(2):

(2) Every person operating a motorboat or a shuttle in the channel shall obey the signal lights in the channel, unless otherwise instructed by a peace officer, the control booth operator or any other Commission employee acting in the course of their employment or duties.

Replace by:

(2) Every person operating a motorboat or a shuttle boat in the channel shall obey the signal lights in the channel, unless otherwise instructed by a peace officer, the control booth operator or any other Commission employee acting in the course of their employment or duties.
