MINISTRIES AND MINISTERS OF STATE ACT

Order Terminating the Assignment of the Honourable Kent Hehr and Assigning the Honourable Kirsty Duncan to Assist the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Minister of Employment and Social Development

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act (see footnote b),

• (a) terminates the assignment of the Honourable Kent Hehr, made by Order in Council P.C. 2017-1106 of August 28, 2017 (see footnote c); and
• (b) assigns the Honourable Kirsty Duncan, a minister of State styled Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities, to assist the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Minister of Employment and Social Development in the carrying out of those Ministers’ responsibilities.
