CANADIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE SERVICE ACT

Order Amending the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 29(e) (see footnote a) of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act (see footnote b), makes the annexed Order Amending the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE CANADIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE SERVICE ACT DEPUTY HEADS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF CANADA ORDER

AMENDMENTS

1. The schedule to the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following in numerical order:

COMING INTO FORCE

3. This Order comes into force on the day on which section 376 of the Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 1, chapter 20 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, comes into force, but if it is made after that day, it comes into force on the day on which it is made.
