ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT

Order Amending the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3.2(2) (see footnote a) of the Access to Information Act (see footnote b), makes the annexed Order Amending the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT HEADS OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATION ORDER

AMENDMENT

1. The schedule to the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order (see footnote 1) is amended by deleting the following:

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on the day on which section 376 of the Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 1, chapter 20 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, comes into force, but if it is made after that day, it comes into force on the day on which it is made.
