FAIR ELECTIONS ACT

Order Fixing October 1, 2014 as the Day on which Certain Provisions of the Act Come into Force

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 158(2) of the Fair Elections Act, chapter 12 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, fixes October 1, 2014 as the day on which subsection 2(1), sections 5.1, 108, 114 and 117, subsection 123(2) and sections 134, 135, 146, 148 and 150 to 152 of that Act come into force.
