Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3.1(2) (see footnote a) of the Privacy Act (see footnote b), makes the annexed Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE PRIVACY ACT HEADS OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATION ORDER

AMENDMENT

1. Item 40.1 of the schedule to the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order (see footnote 1) is repealed.
