PUBLIC SERVICE REARRANGEMENT AND TRANSFER OF DUTIES ACT

Order Transferring to Shared Services Canada the Control and Supervision of the Portion of the Federal Public Administration in the Acquisitions Branch of the Department of Public Works and Government Services known as the Information Technology Shared Services Procurement Directorate

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) (see footnote a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act (see footnote b), transfers to Shared Services Canada the control and supervision of the portion of the federal public administration in the Acquisitions Branch of the Department of Public Works and Government Services known as the Information Technology Shared Services Procurement Directorate.

This Order comes into force on the day on which section 711 of the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act (see footnote c) comes into force.
