Order Amending the General Import Permit No. 100 — Eligible Agricultural Goods
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to subsections 8(1.1) (see footnote a) and 10(1) (see footnote b) of the Export and Import Permits Act (see footnote c), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the General Import Permit No. 100 — Eligible Agricultural Goods.

ORDER AMENDING THE GENERAL IMPORT PERMIT NO. 100 —
ELIGIBLE AGRICULTURAL GOODS
AMENDMENTS
1. Item 2 of the schedule to the General Import Permit No. 100 — Eligible Agricultural Goods (see footnote 1) is replaced by the following:
2. Hatching eggs, for broilers, of fowls of the species Gallus domesticus, that are classified under tariff item No. 0407.11.12 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff.
2. Item 6 of the schedule to the Permit is replaced by the following:
6. Fat of fowls (not rendered or otherwise extracted) of the species Gallus domesticus, fresh, chilled or frozen, salted, in brine, dried or smoked, that is classified under tariff item No. 0209.90.20 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff.
3. Item 15 of the schedule to the Permit is replaced by the following:
15. Turkey fat (not rendered or otherwise extracted), fresh, chilled or frozen, salted, in brine, dried or smoked, that is classified under tariff item No. 0209.90.40 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff.
4. Item 24.1 of the schedule to the Permit is replaced by the following:
24.1. Cream, neither concentrated nor containing added sugar or other sweetening matter, of a fat content, by weight, exceeding 6 per cent, that is classified under tariff item No. 0401.40.20 or 0401.50.20 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff.
5. Item 42 of the schedule to the Permit is replaced by the following:
42. Eggs of fowls of the species Gallus domesticus, in the shell, fresh, preserved or cooked (other than hatching eggs for broilers), that are classified under tariff item No. 0407.11.92, 0407.21.20 or 0407.90.12 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff.
6. Item 68 of the schedule to the Permit is replaced by the following:
68. Wheat and meslin that are classified under tariff item No. 1001.11.20, 1001.19.20, 1001.91.20 or 1001.99.20 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff.
7. Item 89 of the schedule to the Permit is replaced by the following:
89. Barley that is classified under tariff item No. 1003.10.12, 1003.10.92, 1003.90.12 or 1003.90.92 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff.
COMING INTO FORCE
8. This Order comes into force on January 1, 2012.
