Liquid dielectric transformers
Notice is given that on December 20, 2023, pursuant to paragraph 76.03(12)(b) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal continued its order (Expiry Review RR-2022-004) made on May 31, 2018, in expiry review RR-2017-002, concerning the dumping of liquid dielectric transformers having a top power handling capacity equal to or exceeding 60,000 kilovolt amperes (60 megavolt amperes), whether assembled or unassembled, complete or incomplete, originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea.
