INQUIRY
Industrial workbenches, cabinets and drawers
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File PR-2023-017) from Stor-it Systems Ltd. (Storit), of Bedford, Nova Scotia, concerning a procurement (Solicitation M4000-3-3698) made by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The solicitation was for the supply and installation of U-shaped workbenches with cabinets and drawers. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on June 28, 2023, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Stor-it alleges that the RCMP wrongly determined that its bid did not comply with all the mandatory requirements of the solicitation.
