PROPOSED REGULATORY TEXT

Notice is given that the Governor in Council, pursuant to subsection 130(1) of the Wrecked, Abandoned or Hazardous Vessels Act footnote a, proposes to make the annexed Wreck Removal Convention Certificate Fee Regulations.

Interested persons may make representations concerning the proposed Regulations within 30 days after the date of publication of this notice. Wreck Removal Convention Certificate Fee Regulations

Fee for Wreck Removal Convention Certificate

Fee

1 A fee of $98 is payable to the Minister for the issuance of a certificate under subsection 25(1) of the Wrecked, Abandoned or Hazardous Vessels Act.

Payment

2 A fee imposed under these Regulations is payable on application for the certificate.

Coming into Force

April 1, 2021

3 These Regulations come into force on April 1, 2021.
