Publication of new limits for Export Development Canada

Export Development Canada authorized capital

Pursuant to paragraph 11(1)(a) of the Export Development Act, the Minister of Finance hereby gives notice that, effective May 14, 2020, the authorized capital of Export Development Canada is $15,000,000,000.

Export Development Canada limit of liability for the Canada Account

Pursuant to paragraph 24(1.1)(a) of the Export Development Act, the Minister of Finance hereby gives notice that, effective May 15, 2020, the amount of the total liabilities and obligations referred to in subsection 24(1) shall at no time exceed $93,000,000,000.
