Publication of new limits for Export Development Canada
Export Development Canada limit of liability
Pursuant to paragraph 10(3)(a) of the Export Development Act, the Minister of Finance hereby gives notice that, effective March 25, 2020, the contingent liability of Export Development Canada shall at no time exceed $90,000,000,000.
Export Development Canada authorized capital
Pursuant to paragraph 11(1)(a) of the Export Development Act, the Minister of Finance hereby gives notice that, effective March 25, 2020, the authorized capital of Export Development Canada is $6,000,000,000.
Export Development Canada limit of liability for the Canada Account
Pursuant to paragraph 24(1.1)(a) of the Export Development Act, the Minister of Finance hereby gives notice that, effective April 16, 2020, the amount of the total liabilities and obligations referred to in subsection 24(1) shall at no time exceed $75,000,000,000.

Publication of new limits for the Business Development Bank of Canada
Business Development Bank of Canada authorized capital
Pursuant to paragraph 23(1)(a) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, 1995, the Minister of Finance hereby determines that, effective April 22, 2020, the amount of paid-in capital of the Business Development Bank of Canada, together with any contributed surplus relating to it and any proceeds referred to in paragraph 30(2)(d) of the Act that have been prescribed as equity, must not at any time exceed $15,000,000,000.

Farm Credit Canada capital payments limit

Pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Export Development Act, the Minister for International Trade hereby gives notice that, for the period starting on March 25, 2020, and ending on December 31, 2021, Export Development Canada may support and develop domestic business.
