Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of shareholders of The Canadian Transit Company will be held at the offices of The Detroit International Bridge Company, 12225 Stephens Road, Warren, Michigan, on May 1, 2020, at 3 p.m., for the purpose of electing directors of the Company and for the transaction of any other business authorized or required to be transacted by the shareholders.

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with subsection 345(4) of the Bank Act (the “Act”), that the Secretary of State (International Financial Institutions), on behalf of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 345(2) of the Act, effective August 27, 2001, has approved the application by J.P. Morgan Canada (the “Bank”) for letters patent of dissolution, and the Bank has commenced its voluntary liquidation.

WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION

EXEMPTION FROM FOREIGN BANK STATUS

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 12(3) of the Bank Act, that Wells Fargo Bank, National Association will be making an application to the Minister of Finance for an order, pursuant to subsection 12(1) of the Bank Act, exempting it and its affiliates that are foreign banks, as those terms are used in the Bank Act, from being foreign banks, for the purposes of paragraph 510(1)(d) of the Bank Act, provided that such order shall only apply in relation to the control of, or substantial investment in, Wells Fargo Rail Canada ULC by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association or any of its affiliates that are foreign banks.
