Notice is hereby given, in accordance with subsection 345(4) of the Bank Act (the “Act”), that the Secretary of State (International Financial Institutions), on behalf of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 345(2) of the Act, effective August 27, 2001, has approved the application by J.P. Morgan Canada (the “Bank”) for letters patent of dissolution, and the Bank has commenced its voluntary liquidation.

APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A CANADIAN BRANCH
Notice is hereby given that N.V. Hagelunie, an entity incorporated and organized under the laws of the Netherlands, which principally carries on business in the Netherlands, intends to file, under section 574 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), with the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, on or after March 15, 2020, an application for an order approving the insuring in Canada of risks, under the name Hagelunie. N.V. Hagelunie is a property insurance company and intends to insure risks falling under the classes of property and hail insurance in Canada. The head office of the company is located in the Netherlands, and its Canadian chief agency will be located in Toronto, Ontario.
