The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File No. PR-2019-052) from Kaméléons & cie Solutions Design inc. (Kaméléons), of Gatineau, Quebec, concerning a Request for a Standing Offer (Solicitation No. 800097) by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED). The solicitation is for graphic design services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on January 15, 2020, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Kaméléons alleges that its bid was incorrectly evaluated and that ISED refuses to provide a debrief meeting.
