Notice is hereby given that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) issued an order on November 17, 2014, with respect to a complaint (File No. PR-2014-019) filed by Oracle Canada ULC, of Ottawa, Ontario, under subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. 47 (4th Supp.), concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. EN578-130092/B) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services. The solicitation was for the provision of common and shared case management software solutions within the federal government.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties, the Tribunal found that the complaint had no valid basis and, consequently, dismissed the complaint.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2014-040) from R.P.M. Tech Inc., of Laval, Quebec, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. W7701-155973A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC). The solicitation is for the provision of a loader-mounted snow blower. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on November 17, 2014, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
R.P.M. Tech Inc. alleges that PWGSC drafted the request for proposal specifying technical elements to the advantage of a particular manufacturer.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2014-037) from RadComm Systems Corp. (RadComm Systems), of Oakville, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. 47064-151233/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Canada Border Services Agency. The solicitation is for the provision of portal radiation detection systems. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on November 19, 2014, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
RadComm Systems alleges that the contract awardee could not have met the following mandatory requirement of the request for proposal: providing test results from ANSI 42.35 Section 6: Radiological Tests.
