Communications, photographic, mapping, printing and publication services
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2013-037) from Vireo Network Inc. (Vireo), of Ottawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. EN578-092642/E) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC). The solicitation is for the provision of audiovisual production services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision, on February 5, 2014, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Vireo alleges that PWGSC improperly evaluated its proposal.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2013-035) from Tritech Group Ltd. (Tritech), of Langley, British Columbia, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. F1700-130429/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. The solicitation is for the fabrication and provision of aluminum frame members. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision to conduct an inquiry into the complaint on January 31, 2014.
Tritech alleges that PWGSC improperly declared its proposal non-compliant.
