Transfer of Duties Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) ^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers from the Minister of State styled the Minister of Small Business and Tourism to the Minister of La Francophonie the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of State styled the Minister of Small Business and Tourism under the Canadian Tourism Commission Act ^{footnote c} that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2017-71 of February 1, 2017 ^{footnote d}.
