CANADIAN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT, 1999

Whereas, pursuant to subsection 66(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (see footnote a), the Minister of the Environment is required to maintain the Domestic Substances List (see footnote b);

Therefore, the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 66(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (see footnote c), makes the annexed Order 2018-66-01-01 Amending the Domestic Substances List.

Amendment

1 The description of substance “18376-7 N’’ in Part 3 of the Domestic Substances List (see footnote 1) is replaced by the following:

Neodecanoic acid, 2-oxiranylmethyl ester, polymer with dihydro-3-(tetrapropenyl)-heteromonocycledione and polymethylenepolyphenylene isocyanate, (3-substituted propyl)triethoxylsilane-blocked, reaction products with 3-substituted-1-(dimethyl substituted) propane and 4-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-dioxolan-2-one, (S)-lactates (salts)
