PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND SPORT ACT

Order Designating the Honourable Kirsty Duncan as the Minister for the purposes of the Act in respect of sport

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport Act (see footnote 1),

• (a) repeals paragraph (c) of Order in Council P.C. 2017-1110 of August 28, 2017 (see footnote a); and
• (b) designates the Honourable Kirsty Duncan, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of sport.
