CANADA DISABILITY SAVINGS ACT

Order Designating the Honourable Kirsty Duncan to be “the Minister” for the purposes of the Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Canada Disability Savings Act (see footnote a),

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2017-1109 of August 28, 2017 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the Honourable Kirsty Duncan, a minister of the Crown, to be “the Minister” for the purposes of that Act.
