Notice is hereby given that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) issued an order (File No. PR-2017-021) on October 10, 2017, with respect to a complaint filed by Telecore, of Ottawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. W0001-185315/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services on behalf of the Department of National Defence. The solicitation was for headset microphones.

Pursuant to subsection 30.13(5) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Tribunal has ceased its inquiry into the complaint and terminated all proceedings relating thereto.
