CAISSE POPULAIRE ACADIE LTÉE

APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 25(2) of the Bank Act (Canada), that Caisse populaire Acadie Ltée, mandated by the 14 other credit union members of the Fédération des caisses populaires acadiennes Limitée, with which it will merge under New Brunswick legislation, intends to ask the Minister of Finance for letters patent incorporating the entity resulting from such merger into a federal credit union to carry on the business of banking in Canada.

The proposed federal credit union will operate under the name Caisse populaire acadienne ltée. Its head office will be located in Caraquet, New Brunswick. It will offer a full range of banking services to individuals and businesses.

Any person who objects may submit an objection in writing to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions located at 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before October 26, 2015.

NSP Maritime Link Inc. (NSPML) hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, NSP Maritime Link Inc. (NSPML) has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the municipal office of the Town of Stephenville, Newfoundland and Labrador, a description of the site and plans for the construction of a permeable rock breakwater in the Atlantic Ocean in St. George's Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigation Protection Program, Transport Canada, 95 Foundry Street, P.O. Pursuant to section 651 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) [the “Act”], notice is hereby given that Progressive Casualty Insurance Company intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) on or after October 19, 2015, for an order authorizing the release of the assets that it maintains in Canada in accordance with the Act.
