Under section 9 of the said Act, The Corporation of the County of Simcoe has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Simcoe, at Barrie, Ontario, under deposit No. R01475323, a description of the site and plans for the rehabilitation of the Rama Island Bridge, over Lake Couchiching, at Oak Point Road, in the townships of Ramara and Severn, Ontario, in front of Lot 28, Concession L.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 100 Front Street S, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 2M4. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A BANK

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 25(2) of the Bank Act (Canada) [the “Act”], that Wealth One Canada Inc. (the “Applicant”) intends to apply to the Minister of Finance (Canada) [the “Minister”] for letters patent incorporating a Schedule I bank (the “Bank”).

Upon the grant by the Minister of letters patent and the issuance by the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) of an order to commence and carry on business, the Bank will carry on business in Canada under the name of Wealth One Bank of Canada in English and Banque Wealth One du Canada in French. The head office of the Bank will be located in Toronto, Ontario.
