New request for insertion form and special summer deadline schedule

Dear Sir/Madam:

In order to help us provide you with the highest-quality service, please ensure that you duly complete your request for insertion and check the corresponding deadlines.

All clients must fill out the new request for insertion form for federal government clients in the Request for insertion forms section on the Canada Gazette Web site. Please fill out each and every field, and ensure that the IS organization code and the IS reference code are clearly indicated. Failure to do so could result in a review of your request for insertion and delays in the publication of your notices.

In addition, it is important that you consult the 2008-2009 deadline schedule on the Canada Gazette Web site for the exact publication dates and deadlines for submitting your notices. These deadlines vary according to the number of pages to be published and statutory holidays. If your bilingual notice has more than six pages, please make special arrangements well in advance of the publication date with Josée Boisvert, Acting Manager, Editing Services, by telephone at 613-943-5261. Failure to meet these deadlines could also delay the publication of your notices.
