Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition "head" in section 3 of the Privacy Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE PRIVACY ACT HEADS OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATION ORDER

AMENDMENT

1. Item 58.1 (see footnote 1)  of the schedule to the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order (see footnote 2)  is repealed.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on March 31, 2002.
